This is a 3D wooden Anna Claypoole Peale dollhouse kit. This dollhouse will NOT come painted or assembled. The dollhouse will be carved out with a laser machine on a 1/8" sheet of Baltic Birch plywood. The dollhouse is approximately 17" wide x 10.25" deep x 14.5" high when assembled. The top room is approximately 8.5" high and the bottom room is approximately 4.75" high. The dollhouse will include a set of instructions on how to assemble.
