Refund policy

Returns:
Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If you need to return an item, you must email us at birdswoodshack@gmail.com for an approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
